Day 1 Arrival in Bunnik
Stroll through Amsterdam`s old town, set off on your first exploration tour by bike or take a boat trip through the extensive canal system. Whatever attracs you: you will certainly not be bored in Amsterdam.

Day 2 Bunnik - Amsterdam, 60 km/37 mi
Cycle along the Amstel and Vecht rivers to Amsterdam. Country estates and villas characterise the landscape.

Day 3 Amsterdam - Noordwijk aan Zee, 60 km/37 mi
Your first stop is the historic printing town of Harlem, the Grote Markt is well worth seeing. You reach the North Sea in Zandvoort and cycle along the sea to your destination for the day.

Day 4 Noordwijk aan Zee - region Rotterdam, 75 km/47 mi
Following the coast, you reach The Hague. Wide sandy beaches, green parks, art and culture characterise the country's capital. The route continues to Delft with its famous porcelain factory, before reaching the trendy harbour metropolis of Rotterdam.

Day 5 Rotterdam - Bodegraven, 65 km/40 mi
A very special highlight is Kinderdijk, a collection of drainage windmills that are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The route continues through picturesque countryside to Gouda, famous for its cheese, but you should also try the syrup waffles. In Bodegraven, old craftsmanship is still practised today.

Day 6 Bodegraven - Bunnik, 50 km/31 mi
The last stage takes you through the green heart of the Netherlands. Picturesque villages, vast natural landscapes and extensive polders characterise the landscape. In the historic city centre of Utrecht, numerous restaurants and bars invite you to linger.
